Perhaps if they refund my money (approx £20) that they say they will refund in due course, and other members use them with no problems then i will consider using them again.

I have some credit owed after returning a damaged box-set and I intend to give them a chance if their prices are competitive. I think their postal charges make them uncompetitive at the moment although I've just placed an order which seems to be cheaper than anywhere else. Fingers crossed all goes well.
