Some scart switches seem do RGB some only do composite do any of them do the pins needed for svideo too? My tv seems to have a better picture in svideo mode than it does runnign rgb so im after a switch supporting svideo preferable a cheap manual one. It does need to be a scart switch tho rather than an actual svideo socket switch.

if fully wired will do S-video, RGB compatible should do S-video as well.

That's a big 'yes' on the s-video/SCART switcher, WILD9! :smashin:

I'm doing the very same thing, using one of Argos' £10-ish switchers. Should you care to look, it's the three-input switcher without any cable. Just look for a box with four SCART sockets and six phono connectors to the side, and you should have the right one :)

Oh, and if you get one, ensure that the 'RGB' switch is off and the 'recode' switches equally so (you'll have to do the latter by pressing just enough so that they 'click out').
