I've recently bought a Panny DMR E95 and, in common with just about everyone else who owns one, there are a few things about it that annoy me. Most of them are small annoyances that could be fixed with a firmware update but when browsing through their support site it doesn't look as if there are firmware updates for any of their machines.

The stupid "put it into timer mode" thing is a small annoyance but the inability to pause live TV is just ridiculous. You can press Record, Play then Pause which does exactly the same thing, so why not have the ability to just press Pause? It would be a lot less mucking about.

[Yes, I know that the 500 is coming out soon, I know that it will be just what I wanted and I know what its specs are - but I have an E95 and can't afford another one!]

    Regards
