My MS Office Pro 2003 disc seems to be duff.
I have just rebuilt my PC and when trying to install Office it fails when copying the files.
It has always worked fine before so I can only assume the disc is damaged somehow. :(

I must point out that this is a legitimate, legal copy of Office for which I have the receipt, 25 digit key and Certificate of Authenticity.

Although it's several years old, is there any way of contacting Microsoft for a replacement disc?

Have you tried cleaning the disc? Also try copying the contents off the CD and running the setup from your hard drive.
