I feel like the only way to get the most out of my new Sony projector (and new Oled TV, for that matter) is by correcting the greyscale. We have great calibrators known at a national level, like Chad B, here in the States. But as I am still making payments on my Oled TV, hiring a professional is out of my budget (let alone hiring someone to get two displays calibrated).
So my question is, what is the minimun necessary that I would need to correct the greyscale myself? I have a laptop computer so my guess is tha tI would have to buy some software and a meter? I am just afraid that my head will start spinning and I would get totally overwhelmed with data and instructions that won't even sound like plain English to me...
Any advice?
