Just returned from Athens, Greece where I unexpectedly scooped my brand new VSX 1014 for half price 430Euros in a very small shop. I need some help with my speakers, I don't want to change them if I can help it - currently I have wharfdale diamond 7.1 2x100, wharfdale surround speakers set 2x30w + 1 centre, Eltax 12" subwoofer. Do you think I need to change, and if I need to were should I start? Thanks for your help :lease:

    Hi! Good choice!
I have same trouble of choosing. My system is NAD T753 + sub RUARK Log Rhythm + Wharfedale Diamond 8.3+8.1+8c. I like wharfedale sound, but want move forward. On one hand Diamonds are looking a bit outclass with such neighbors, on other hand I want nothing better Diamonds for home theater. It are excellent (for my taste) for silence tonight listening. WD have only one weakness- at high volume (up to 70 W) sound becomes uncomfortable. I going to change 8.3 to Wharfedale Evo 10 (piano maple finish is amazing!)
    Good luck! :hiya:
