Do I NEED an HDMI link on a DVD

    I will shortly be buying a HD TV and a new DVD player (probably as part of a Denon S101 or a NAD L53).
    If the DVD (prog scan) already has component video outs , will I be losing out by not having HDMI - do HD DVDs even exist and if they do, could I not get the benefit of them via Component links?
