Question Do I need additional anti virus protection when using VM?

I've been using panda for many years but it is about to expire. I find their customer service really bad and renewed last time because i was lazy. They were unclear about the differences between their own products and i had to hassle them to give me their internet general price, having been quoted much higher to renew.

Do i even need this protection when using VM ? Do i need to download a VM specific programme ? I did use their parent protection "F-Safe" on a free trial but it was so poor I disabled it.

Many thanks

Please don't take this the wrong way as I mean this in a helpful way. If you need to ask this, I would heartily recommend a full internet security solution from a leading provider. Norton, Kaspersky, ESET, and there are many others. Everyone has their own preference.

Here's a link to give you some ideas:

^^ Thanks. It is helpful ! I ask because VM have previously referred to firewalls and web safe etc etc.
