Question Do HDMI 2.0a cables exist yet?

Hi,

I'm looking at running some HDMI cables through my wall / chimney and have just ordered an OLED 4k TV.

I want to make it future proof, i.e. lay cables for ultra-hd blu-ray player.

I believe HDMI 2.0a is required for 4k HDR content.

Do quality HDMI 2.0a cables exist to buy yet?

Yes. There is no change to the cables. Existing high speed cables will work with HDMI 2.0a equipment.
If you want to future proof then maybe run a few cat6 cables also. HDBaseT - A Standard of the Future, Today

HDMI.org have recently announced a third category of HDMI cable (Premium High Speed) to 'better' clarify compatibility with the new UHD '4K' capable Sources - see HDMI :: Press Release

I doubt anyone will exceed the current 8m 'benchmark' which High Speed tops out at so you may want to run a couple of CAT6 as a backup.

I doubt we will see any 'Premium High Speed' cables for a while yet - a decent conduit is your best option for now.
