I bought my Tosh from their shop in Bradford. I had seen them offering a good deal on the net but their shop was only up the road so off I went armed with printouts from pricerunner and other sites.

I bought the 36ZP18P TV, 5 years warranty,a SD-210E DVD player, extended warranty on that, the optical cable, component video cables delivered and set up for £2000 dead. All delivered in 4 days.

So yes they do deals but you have to be firm. At the end of the day, I just put my foot down, TOLD him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and waved my credit card under his nose. I am sure the fact I asked for the 5 year warranty probably made him a bit more flexible although it was only £102 so fair enough.

I might have been able to get it a little cheaper but not by much and of course, if I do have a problem, they have a shop up the road ;)
