Do Arcam tech support answer their email?

    Sent some email to support@arcam.co.uk (the address on their website) a week ago, and haven't had a response. :confused: Am I being impatient, or should I assume they're not going to respond?

    Could always phone them, I suppose, but a) I don't like making long personal phone calls during office hours, and b) with me being partially deaf, email can be less faff...

    Phoning definitely better I'm afraid Nic. From what I've heard tell they do answer emails but only eventually. They're very helpful when you speak to them. And if you get a voicemail when you call, they really will call you back.

    and you can always try the arcam users on this forum for advice..... also arcam engineers read this forum every day

    Took them about a week to reply to my email a few weeks back too i'm afraid and even then it was just the standard phone us/take it to a dealer sort of response :/

    Arcam have very strong spam filters so it's always best to phone.

    Not very helpful, though. :(

    Will have to try phoning tomorrow.

    If anyone on here fancies trying to diagnose the problem, I've posted it in a separate thread....
