    Hey all,

I just bought a new plasma TV and have been having issues with its picture giving a shearing effect on the screen when there is movement.

Sometimes this happens when it is bright, dark, when its a fast moving picture, even slow moving.

Having contacted the manufacturer and refused a refund or replacement I was told that this problem effects all plasma screens and not just theirs and there is nothing they would do as it was not a fault. Because of this they consider the tv to be perfectly okay and that me asking for a refund is not going to happen due "the customer changing their mind". Yeah Right!! I still want the bloody thing if it works. :nono:

I am not convinced that this is the case as I have seen alot of these screens in action and have never seen this before.

I hope someone can help give me an insight into wether this really does affect all plasma tvs, as I really hope to avoid having to fork out for a lawyer. :suicide:

    Cheers

Perhaps you guys could club together for a lawyer. See the 'Tiny' thread. Is this what you have? I've never seen this on a plasma, and I've seen thousands, literally.
