But have had only one problem in over a year when the line went dead and I got through straight away and they diverted all my incoming calls to my mobile free and the problem was fixed within 6 hours, All I can recommend is try rebooting the router and checking all your filters are connected properly and then give them a ring if that doesn't work
cable connection imo one of the best around so i have been looking at other options the thing is most company`s will only take you on if you have a bt line so back to bt after a week im not having my broadband with them though im going for this https://www.bethere.co.uk/homebroadband.do which will do the trick
