DMR-PWT530 HDD to SD card?

I am trying to copy a TV program from the HDD to an SD card and can't find out how to do it, or of it is actually possible?

The idea is to finish up with a DVD of the program and I know that I can't do that direct.

Any ideas please folks??

You can't copy to SD card. If its not a copy restricted program ( there would be a symbol on the information panel of the recordings list) it can be copied over your home network to a PC and then you can make a DVD from there.
