Hi!
First post here, hoping someone can assist
I have a rather ageing but decent tv (Loewe Aventos) which has 3 SCART sockets. Connected to these are two Panasonic PVRs.
Av2 has my latest purchase - BWT700
Av3 has my ailing Panasonic EX77.
The question I have is that whilst watching Av2, if the EX77 switches on with programme guide it takes over AV2 i.e. it's display takes over. Once the guide is closed down i.e. it is returned to normal broadcast, AV2 returns to it's input from the BWT700.
As far as I can see from the Loewe connections and AV settings, there is RGB Insert on both Av2 and 3, but no voltage insertion or switching.
I have tried with AV devices being added to the Loewe connections "menu" and without. No difference either way.
The wiring is an aerial feed from the roof to the 700 then daisy chained to to EX77. A single SCART cable from each Panasonic box, connects to the tv. That's it!
Hopefully someone out there can offer some words of Wisdom that will allow me to stop this take-over bid by the Ex77!
Seasons Greetings to one and all
Graham.
