The whole pack for me thankyou very much!!

I dont think ill be getting this. I am a big fan of the Chilli Peppers, but their songs are never fun to play in Rock Band, with dani california being the exception.
Maybe ill wait for the playthrough videos to appear before deciding.

Yeah Dani California is awesome to play especially on expert drums. Not sure what happened to my title....

Wonder who the big R is and what is he returning to? :D

That will teach you to copy and paste the whole thing. ;)

• Red Hot Chili Peppers – “Californication” X

Oh yeah. Bring it on.

No where the hell are those REM songs I keep asking for.....?

Downloaded Californication last night, nice change of pace. Medium Pro Guitar fine, but Hard has those beastly ghost chords!

Got that the other day as well. Only tried Medium so far, what are the ghost chords?

Arpeggios - unfortunately chord numbering doesn't work for these so you have to guess the shape which destroys you mid song if you don't remember it.

Arhhh, thats why been struggling whenever a song has them. So it should show a chord shape, say barred C on the 8th fret. And all the notes can be played without moving fingers? But if you play the notes singular anyway (harder!) it will still work as you dont have to perform the chord?

Not always. Often you'll have to play a different note on the same string within an arpeggio. I think More Than A Feeling shows as a Dsus4 chord arpeggio, but you actually play 3rd then 2nd fret on the top E string.

They can be played without the chord structure as individual notes, but it's far less efficient.

The few times I've come across them, mainly at the start of Freebird, just picking the notes individually seemed to work.

I'll have to look out for it when I get around to trying it on hard.

That would also explain why I've seen people on the RB forum complaining about the way arpeggios appear, always wondered what the problem was :)

See what you mean about those chords now :)

Quite easy in theory Am and F but I can't get the picking right on either consistently.

The slash chord took me a bit by surprise too, although looking at it after it should be quite straightforward C with a F base, isn't it? Or have I got that the wrong way around? Or am I completely confused? :)
