Question DJI UK Range Question

Hello all,

Really struggling to decide between the DJI Mavic Pro and the DJI Spark.
My question is about range; I've read that due to EU restrictions the range of the Spark is limited in comparison to other nations regulations. I assume this is also the case with the Mavic, so would they be both limited to the same range or are other factors taken into consideration. i.e. Will the Mavic still fly further than the Spark?

Think the spark is Wi-Fi only hence it's short range.

You need the dedicated controller for the Spark to get long range. From your phone it's short range.

Even with the controller connected via wi-fi the spark is limited to 1.2 miles, although in my experience it was much shorter, Mavic uses OcuSync technology so range wise around 4 miles.
