    I must say im not impressed with DJI at all, I ordered on the 20th as there website states shipping within 1-3 days. Over a week later im still waiting, they have took almost £1500 from my account within an hour and not even shipped my order. I spoke to numinous DJI reps on there web chat and they just fob you off with an unprofessional attitude. So i cancelled my order and now i have to wait up to 10 days for my money to be processed for a refund, then i will order with maplins.

    Thats a shame, I've heard they have been quite good recently dispite chinese new year. I have a Mavic PRO and make sure you buy the DJI Refresh for £99 . Its very common due to pilot error to have a crash and DJI will replace the drone for an extr £69 which is well worth it. Repair costs are very large on these high end consumer drones. Happy flying!

    Yeah I feel I haven't been treated at all well, everything seemed like a struggle dealing with them. I have kept my dji care which was £99, I found this out to my error on my phantom 4 and ended up paying £400 to have it repaired :( .
    What does the cover provide , does it provide loss as well ?

    Ouch that's what I mean £400 is a lot of dough to be forking out on a repair! Top tip.. My dad crashed his Phantom 3 standard and damaged the ribbon cable. We was having trouble getting it all working again so we broke it all for parts on ebay... made well over the original £400 outlay for the drone.

    DJI Refresh covers any damage as long as you can send them the drone (even if its in bits) doesn't cover loss or theft.

    Just in case you didn't already know you can get 4.4% cashback from QUIDCO - MAPLIN. I done it when ordering my dads P4 for collect at store and got the £50 cashback.

    three months when it stated 3 working days for delivery or was yours a pre order?

    I ordered mine from a local dealer in the second week of November. I didn't expect it until the new year, but it arrived in the second week of February. What's bad is how DJI have mistreated their dealers, making them wait for stock when they boast about quick delivery on their site.

    I ordered mine from DronesForLess its dispatched from the USA, it took less than 48 hrs to arrive to my door, no import taxes to pay either, can find them on facebook too if thats any help.
