Heck yeah Dizzy on the Amstrad was some of the best gaming I ever had. Could be because I was about 5 at the time but I reckon it'd be a winner on live arcade.

Another vote for Fantasy Island Dizzy, awesome. Magic Land Dizzy was also great.

I remember a couple of years back some website had all the Dizzy games available to play online, in full Amstrad/Spectrum perfection. I had read about the website in FHM, I wonder what happened to that site?

I'm surprised that there hasn't been an attempt to update the series. The games were great, I played and owned all of them, including the dodgy spin offs, in fact, I think the original Dizzy was the first computer game I ever played, and started a life long love of adventure games.

I'd love to see a new game, or even just a retro release, or perhaps retro + remake ala Jetpac. My favourites were Fantasy World Dizzy and Magic Land Dizzy.

Dizzy was also probably the first game I ever bought. Dizzy in Fantasy land I think it was, ON TAPE from John Menzies back in the day! lol

I loved that game, but hated that if you die, you go back to the begining, that was back when games where hard. I'd easily pay 1500+ for Dizzy Fantasy Land.

YES!!!!!! they need to get Dizzy onto the XBox Live Arcade.

Is their anywhere we can email & demand this ???? lol

Also, they need to get :

    The Curse Of Monkey Island
    Trap Door
    Broken Sword (All of them)

All AMAZING games that would go down a treat on Arcade!!

I'd also like head over heels and new zealand story. But look at what they have done to Rainbow Islands, makes me worried about any old game that is announced.

What they really need to do though is release an old top down racer like supercars 2, skidmarks, mashed, super off road, indy heat

How about the original Football Manager?? Can't imagine that would be too difficult to replicate on Live?

Well they don't always ruin games, Rainbow Islands seems to be the one they have but look at Monkey Island & things like that, which they have done an amazing job on.

I hope they do release the Dizzy collection on Arcade, same with Discworld, Broken Sword & Trap Door.

I remember sitting for hours playing the Dizzy games on my Speccy 128k 2A oh the joy of long load ups only to be confronted by r tape Loading error. Still would also love to see them on arcade even though they would be more expensive than the £2.99 I used to pay

You can bring back Dizzy by pledging to support the Kickstarter campaign. This will be a brand new game on PC and iOS, with other platforms up for consideration if the funding comes through. Check out the page at Dizzy Returns by The Oliver Twins — Kickstarter.

Think this would be great as a local co-op game, I might have backed it if they'd promised that and a release on the 360. PC gaming just doesn't do it for me.
