Before splashing out on a new system can anyone advise on DIY speakers. I have read good reports on DIY subwoofer systems but what about the four or is it five other speakers! For an off the shelf speaker package my budget would run to roughly £600. Also could the same set up qualify as Hi Fi for music only.

    All advice appreciated
    Thanks

    Take a look here

    www.wilmslow-audio.co.uk

They have a couple of demo rooms with built versions of just about every kit they make. If you decide to visit allow yourself a good half day to work through their range, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you for the help. I will look into both firms.
