I have looked in a few places but have had not a whisker of luck! So does anyone know where to find stone pillars ala TNT Akropolis ?

Not being morbid, but contact a local funeral directors.
They will no doubt know the contacts for local stonemasons.
They make headstones etc in all types of stone.

Absolutely no idea whatsoever how much you'll have to pay though!

I never thought of that, thanks Mike. Im sure a stone mason should have things like this lying about, its not like they are specialist things! Dont know i could load6 of them into my ca is they each weigh 60 kg!

You could always make an mdf mould and cast your own using cement.

Screw the thing together so you can get it apart easy.

I never thought of that either! Im going to exhaust all other possibilities first though, it would be easier and less messy! I cant remember if i looked in a garden centre, so it will be my next stop!

I have my b&w fronts on Roman pillars bought from my local garden centre for £60.

They are spot on.

It was £60 for the pair.

Sound fine to me but i'm no expert.

thanks. Im no expert either. Non expert opinions of 'its ok' seem to be reliable enough that its ok!

i'll get back if and when i get something.

Slightly off topic but going back to the post where he got his from a garden centre:

Having just built a garden pond and having to site the filter box in a position far away from the waterfall I had to look for another way for the water to enter back into the pond.

Looked around various water garden/pond suppliers and decided on a large jug. Price from water/pond centre around £60 - £100 quid for a "Water Feature" for god sake its only a jug with a hole in it to connect your water outlet pipe too!

So looked at local B & Q Warehouse and found large jug about 3.5 foot high and only £24.99 :D I will have to make my own hole in it but thats not a problem.

Moral Water feature £60 - £100
Jug £24.99 :D :D

so you are saying i need a pair of jugs not pillars! :D
