I know its in the wrong section and I should post in the dvd section (already done) But I am looking for a cheap dvd player to watch divx rips only on my bedroom tv (I have 5 dvd players and none of them are divx, typical). Has anyone any suggestions or tips. I was looking at the Philips 630 , pioneer 470 or the Digital DK from ebuyer. Would like the unit to be able to fast forward and rewind (some divx players dont do this), play mulitsessions off a dvd-r or dvd-rw and play anything I throw at it. Help would be appreiated... :smashin:

I already have an xbox (in the lounge) and most people say its the best for divx playback. I dont want to really buy another xbox. I will do a search for the elta player though. Cheers for advice. :)

Hi horny dragon, I did post this in the dvd section, but got a limited response. I have heard that the kiss 1000 has an old chip as this was one of my first choices. Have you got a Kiss player or any other members?

Razor, try the Yamada DVX6700. They retail at less than £50!!
Good playback (no prog scan for that price tho') upgradable firmware etc etc.
Just as compatible as the kiss players.

    Cheers. :)
