Dish angle and direction.

    Do any of you clever people out there know the correct angle and direction that the dish should be at. I live in London if that makes any difference.

    I assume you mean for $ky Digital although you didn't state that explicitly.
    The azimuth (horizontal plane) angle is 28 degrees east of due south. I forget the angle but it'll be about 23 degrees for a prime focus dish. Now most $ky dishes are offset types so your dish will be pointing more or less horizontally .
    If you start at this position, you should be able to find the signal as you carefully move the dish about and then peak for best signal.
