Anyone know how to align a Sky dish without a sat meter? I saw a web site some time ago about how to do this. With analogue sat it's fairly easy - you can see if you're getting a signal as you pass through the beam, but with digital it takes time to lock to the signal. The method was along the lines of selecting a particular frequency and, instead of using the signal strength indicator, you used the data stream number or something like that. Sorry to be so vague, it's just I got a system for my dad and need to install it. Any ideas/pointers?
