I've just bought this well-reviewed adventure game for PC, but I can't get it to run properly in Win XP. Does anyone know if any patch exists for in anywhere, or how I can get to run properly?

Already tried that one, I'm afraid. Funnily enough, it refused to do anything at all when I used compatability mode, whereas I at least got to the title screen running it without.

Aha!! This is where my thread went!! I'd lost it!! backtothefuture: do you know whether those patches work on the English game? From memory, they're marked for German and Spanish editions.
