    Folks

Every time I look at a Plasmer , something else comes along to spend my money on, normally her in doors ...

Any way , Money in hand

Guess what I have waited so long the model I was looking at TH37PE30 has been discontinued.

Is the TH37PE50 , the same model.
I can not see any thing about Digital freeview , but did see DVB ??
Note quite sure what this is.

    Sorry of the stupid questions.

If the TH37PE50 does not have freeview , what other model should I look at.

    Thanks

    Matt

It does have feeview and is indeed the model to replace the pe30
It dosnt have (I think) the sd slot on the front though.
The next model up due in may is the PE500 and has all the pe30 had and is HD screen res.

    Gooner is right.

    DVB means Freeview.

The 37PE50 has better picture quality than the PE30 and is already available for £1350. It's finish is matt black though (it doesn't look like the old Viera), and there is no VGA input or memory card slot (if you wanted them?).

The 37PV500 is a high-definition TV, should have supreme picture quality, has a HDMI input that is compatible with Sky's HD, has the VGA input, memory card slot and has a gloss black finish (it looks good like the old Viera). I expect it to be availble for £1700.

Considering the high price of the old Viera, you may be tempted by the 42PE50 though, at £1650...

You should think yourself lucky that you waited!
