Disc emporium bags missing!

    Still waiting on the SWAT dvd from 'em....had e-mail today saying that they have had two bags gone astray at the airport......DOH!:mad:

    Think they call this Murphy's Law, being one worse than Sod's, this time of year :(

    Sorry to hear you're one of the unlucky customers whose goods were in one of these bags.

    Replacements are in tonight again Stateside and going out for handover to Royal Mail just as soon as they touch down.

    Thanks for your patience; we appreciate it and apologise for the obvious frustration caused. Unfortunately events like this happen and are completely beyond our control.

    This aside, Happy Holidays. Doing our best, as always.

    Thanks for the reply sandi...........not complaining just disapointing that these things happen...............hopefully you can get compensated for the loss!

    Claims will be filed and typically the bags are meantime found - just not as quickly as one needs!

    Meantime we are resourcing replacements for everyone concerned.

    I'll second that :smashin: every retailer has the odd problem but it's how they deal with it that counts.

    Please do PM me your surname and post code and I'll do a trace on the recorded item no / let you have the no to trace with your local sorting office.

    Yep had it today ...many thanks!

    Although unsually the disc holder in the center was smashed,just hope that the disc itself is ok!
