Disabling phono board for AUX input?

I've got an A32 and it seems to have the phono board fitted already, which means that the AUX input seems to actually be an output.

Anyone know how I get back my AUX input? I don't want to use the PHONO input as the levels are skewed. Don't have nor ever will have a turntable.

You need to open the case and remove phono board on left hand side, three screws and a white connector, then aux input will work.
