DirectX9.0 Download

Hi all
My HCPC is not online or on a network.
I need to install DirectX9.0b but all I can find is dynamic downloads.
Does anyone know where to find a full download so that I can burn it to CD for use in the HCPC.

When I go there - the file to download is only 292k which makes me think it's a dynamic install.
I want to be able to run the install off a cd without an internet connection.

Yeah its the re-distribution download you want....about 35Mb I believe
