    Hi,
I need DirectX 8 (or higher) and the Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1, for a PC that I've just set up, but I have no internet connection at home.
Could someone point me in the right direction for these downloads, so that I can download and burn onto CD (at work) - then use them at home?
    Thanks! :)

    Thanks!
The DirectX seemed like a very small file, but if I scrolled down the page, the "redist" version was at the bottom, which is recommended fo use if user has no internet connection - me I guess :)
