By agreeing over the phone or via social media to participate others in Direct Line’s Christmas turkey-mergency, you are agreeing to you and all present on the 25th December 2015 to be filmed and waive rights to this footage and your image being used by Direct Line in all media, worldwide, in perpetuity.

It's a free service and even covers you if your turkey is burned or 'bland'. If I homeless I would set fire to a bit of rubbish then claim my replacement turkey on the big day :)
