Dimmer light switch help

Hi I have a standard rotary dimmer controling 4 led gu10 lamps. Now would like to fit a Shelly 2 dimmer and control by a rocker type switch press up for increasing and down to decrease but how do you just switch the lights on/off and do they remember the last setting ?
