Hi,
I'm trying to find a digital radio that comes with a traditional three pin plug and no chunky AC adaptor. This is because of the position of the socket.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Many thanks.

Think almost all come with the plug type adaptor - it's cheaper that way.
What you could do is buy the radio you want and get an adaptor that has an 'in-line' electronics box and a standard plug. Make sure you get the correct voltage and plug to fit the radio end.

Get a Pure radio and a chargepak, plug the radio in wherever, charge it up then use it wherever. It runs for a long time on the battery.

Evoke 2s doesn't have an external AC adapter, just a std mains lead

The Roberts Sound 53 is mains lead only, no adapter, if that's the kind of thing you're after.
