Ive used them to buy a pioneer DVD recorder, it went wrong and i had to send it back. Took lots of phonecalls to get it sorted, definitely wouldnt use them again to buy the likes of a plasma

To put it politely... theyre a bunch of scumbags

I bought a Pioneer "Multi-Region" DVD player a while ago. When I tried a M R disc, it ejected as it was not compatible.

When I rang them they put me on hold several times, for ages! Their attitude was digusting.

    Apart from that... theyre ok
