I purchased a panasonic 37" PE50B + a 17" Sony LCD from them and would recommend them. For a couple of reasons:-
    1) what was ordered actually turned up, UK stock no grey imports.
    2) price was very keen.
    3) had a couresty call from the sales guy to ask if everything was ok, and any advice on cabling.
    4) the logistics company called with an approx and delivery time and were on time.

I guess others may have had bad experiences but there you go. I'm not sure if they offer extended warranties. I never went for one, but kind of wish I had now.
    Cheers

I am in the process of buying a setup from them, I have a mixed view:

Prices very good - good price inc delivery charges
they did price match a stand with the best price I could find
Delivery company was very good stated a time within 1 hour time period and stuck to it

I asked them to hang on till all system was in before delivery - they did send stuff early :thumbsdow
Took payment for equipment they did not have in stock and am still waiting for some kit :thumbsdow - although they assure me it is due to not stock available from Sony, this appears to be correct when I have checked with other retailers

    so positives and negatives

digital direct were fine with me until my tv went wrong and it took 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails before i heard from them. when you phone them up you will be on hold forever. my opinion is yes they are cheap but i would never buy anything from them again

Yes it was the UK model PE50B, the 'B' suffix denotes UK stock I believe. I also believe the UK model has the DVB tuner, whereas the PA50 is the euro model with no DVB tuner.

There is a UK panasonic warranty in the box, together with UK only instructions.

The true test of a supplier is what happens when things go wrong. Saving a couple of quid maybe false economy in the long run. Hope it isn't for me.

    Regards
