Question Digital Co-axial or Analog RCA?

Hi peeps,

Just purchased a Blusound Vault2i which will be connected to my Anthem MRX 720 AVR either by Analog RCA or Digital Co-axial.
Initially will be using for Qobuz Studio subscription so have access to Hi-res files. Plan to rip all my 1200 Cds using the ripper - or have DB Poweramp also depending how the Blusound is with ripping.

I don't use an external DAC so its either the one in the Blusound vs the Anthem for music - and Co-ax vs RCA - any thoughts as to the best way to go?

Thanks in advance.

The best way to go is to try both methods (very low cost) and decide which DAC your ears prefer - we cannot hear your setup so difficult to judge remotely.

Whichever sounds best to you.

Sure I'll give both methods a go with and without headphones and go from there. One thing I noticed was using Digital co-axial if i pressed info on the Anthem it said 44hz frequency for the Hi res track I was listening to. Switching to RCA Analog same track said 96hz ?
