Looking for some improvement on a Roksan Caspian CD Player and notice that 2nd hand DACs start at less than £100 (Meridian 203)
Am I going to notice a worthwhile improvement in anyones experience ?

if you're handy with a soldering iron then there are various diy nos dacs that can be constructed for less than £100 that supposedly sound very good... and even if you aren't so handy you can import a premade one for under £150.

there was a thread about it not long ago called tda1543 dac or something ... im still waiting on knightshade's results before i fully contemplate buying one :)
