Digihome PVR 160

Hi,
I've got an Digihome 160 GB and I've got a problem: sometimes when it is in timeshift the volume is lost. The same problem appear when I play something which was recorded. If I rewind few seconds, everything seems to be OK for a while when the volume is lost again.
I change the unit 3 times, but was pointless
Can anybody give me a clue, please?

I send it back and they send me a new one... I did this 3 times, but all of them have the same problem Actually I think is a problem in my house
