Digihome half and quarter speed playback

I have a PVR-160. Works fine.
I see in the manual that 1/4 and 1/2 speed are listed but no indication of how to get these speeds (x2, x4, x8 etc are easy multi-press of >> button).
I also made it do this once by accident but can't find the keys to do it.

Anyone?

On other machines you have to press pause then multi-press of >> button. It could be the same with a PVR-160
