I've just retuned my Echostar T-101 FTA Digibox to take account of the BBC4 move and now when in the Channel selection screen every station has 'No information' next to the programme details. I can still select all stations but there is no programme information available for any of them - anyone had this before or know of a fix?

I had to retune my echostar 2-3 times before all the channels were working.
This is especially true if you're in a marginal signal area and the weather is a bit "iffy".
but it is a bit weird if none of the channels are working now, and you had no trouble before

I can still view the actual programmes - it's the Programme information that's missing - i.e. I can see all available channels for selection but not the programme information at the current time or in the future:

    BBC1 - No information
    bbc2 - No information

    etc

BBC4 was moved to Channel 9 from 16 (or something to that effect) - I ended up with 2 BBC Fours!

Do you mean BBC4 moving on Freeview?

The Freeview channel numbers (i.e. excluding the TopUpTV channels) are now on their new DTT channel numbers.

    See HERE.

Problem solved! Simply switch off at wall and switch on again - no need to retune - all programme information is now back again!
