One of our digiboxes is giving me a strange error. It hadn't been connected for months, waiting for me to connect a quattro LNB and multiswitch, and when I switched it on it would only get BBC1 and 2. I left it on standby with an old freesat card in it for a couple of days but the problem was still there.
I did a firmware update and things did look better as I could get lots of other channels. However, if I press the TV Guide and look for all the channels available it says "Searching for listings, please wait" and stays like this permanently. I can select channel by pressing 118 for example but no other way. Is there a fault with the digibox and if so is it an easy repair?
