Differences between Toshiba RD-XS24 and RD-XS34 ???

As per the title what are the differences between these two machines - i couldn't see much and the first is about 40-50 pound cheaper ?

I need it mainly for recording of the telly (Samsung LE32R41BDX) and copying some camcorder films onto dvd - minidv camcorder.

I don't know what the difference is, but there is an RDXS32 as well so is that one in between the two that you mention?.
