Does anyone know why Samsung have changed the model number on this tv?

You can buy the l6hx for £1200 online, but the original l3hx is still priced at £1800, is the newer model a lower spec'ed budget version?

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Samsung haven't just changed the model number, it's a completely new TV. The main difference bewteen the two is the L6HX uses the newer HD4 chip and also IMHO has a much nicer design. It's cheaper yes but this is the natural way of things as technology matures. I suggest you use the search facility to get more information regarding this set.

Thanks Neil, Do you know if the Manual for this set is available to download?
I have checked the Samsung site but can only get a brief description of the tv set only.

    Cheers
