    Saw Stanley Kubrick DVD Collection Boxed set at a car boot yesterday. The guy wanted £70 for the still wrapped 9 DVD set.

    Was this a good price or could I have got it cheaper new?

    You probably could get it cheaper new, somewhere on the Net, I'm sure. Although the UK retail price is £99 (approx), so....

    I got mine from Ezy dvd for about £55 quid a while ago, which was an 8 disk set, minus Dr Strangelove, which i got over here for 9.99 so yes there are bargains, but i think that this set is now deleted, so whatevers left is the last.

    jungle have it for £67 click here but i'm sure you could get it cheaper
