The latest album from Bruce Springsteen. Once again the Boss has produced a masterpiece. Reminiscent of Nebraska with all the vocal tones we are used to. Missing the E street band but the sound is still there and apprpriate to the songs. This CD is going to spend a long time in the car. Top work Bruce :)

Thought it was utter pants on first listening. It's improved a little with forced repeated listening, but am still not convinced by it.

And I still contend the recent live show at the Albert Hall was the worst gig I've attended in 25 years.

But hey ! Opinions differ !

Loved it too. I enjoy the low key Bruce as much as the rocking Bruce so really enjoyed this one.

When are Sony going to get the finger out and re-master his back catalogue? And hopefully on SACD.

All of the old stuff is available on CD but I don't know if it has been remastered. At the moment I listen to Asbury Park, The Wild the Willing, Nebraska etc on vinyl ripped to MP3 . Scratchy but good

No, these recent reissues with the revamped booklets have not been remastered. A missed opportunity. :(

He is one of Sony/Columbia's top artists - surely a complete SACD reissue programme is not too much to ask?

I got around to watching the D & D DVD last night. I was surprised at the explicit lyrics in Reno and the use of the F word in Long Time Coming. Other than that I really enjoyed it
