I think they've already called it a day? but I'm still hopeful for another good album..

have you heard any of the solo stuff?

Dave Gahan has a record out i think.. not heard it yet though.

Depeche Mode have a new single out on October 18th a remix of the 1990 hit Enjoy The Silence (mixed by Linkin Park). This is followed by a triple disc album of remixes.

Dave Gahan - Paper Monsters - I give it a below average.

Marty Gore - He's released or is releasing a solo album. He's the brain behind the band but I don't think I want a whole album with just his vocals....bit too emotional...sniff.

I've got the Exciter tour - one night in Paris. That does rock. Best live film I've seen. Dave gives it his all.

Got this the other day from MVC & in my opinion it's better than the Exciter DVD's.

Mr Furious - You're missing something if you haven't seem them yet, it's a real experience.

First time I saw them was the Violator tour & have seen every tour since - with Devotional being my favourite (that's probably why I favour these DVD's over Exciter).

I think this tour was the 1st time they had Alan Wilder actually playing the drums rather than standing behind a keyboard & I think it makes a big difference - seems to give it a bit more oomph.

They appear to have been touring approx every 4 years or so, therefore if Exciter was in 2001 then maybe 2005 is the year...............we'll wait & see.
