Hi,
I've just had a Dension icelink fm unit fitted to my 55 Vectra. I'm happy with the performance of the unit, however, I now seem to have lost the ability to use the radio when the vehicle ignition is switched off - Previously it was possible to use the radio/cd player for up to 45 mins without the keys being in the ignition.
I guess the issue is down to the Dension unit being fitted inline with the antenna and being powered from the main ignition?
Does anyone know if its possible to make the unit take its supply from the same location as the radio so I don't need to have the ignition switched on to listen to the radio?
Cheers,
Andy.
