DENON X3300W NO Video output

My DENON X3300W was working well and suddenly the video stopped working. The audio is still good but no video.

I have swapped HDMI cable, input devices still no video. I even tried to do a factory reset but can't continue as I cannot see the options on the TV. I am starting to suspect this could be a hardware issue.

Anyone has any thoughts on either confirming or troubleshooting?

Welcome to the Forum.

The factory reset doesn't need to be seen on screen to start. If successful a confirmation message will then show. If that doesn't happen then it does sound like a serious problem which requires expert attention.

Resetting factory settings​

Perform this procedure if the display is abnormal or if operations cannot be performed.
Various settings are reset to the factory default values. Make settings again.

Turn off the power using
Power Button

Power Button
while simultaneously pressing TUNER PRESET CH + and TUNER PRESET CH -.

Remove your fingers from the two buttons when “Initialized” appears on the display.

Thanks for the reply Gibbsy. Yes I've tried this, I do get the confirmation that it's initialised, but then I get a display on the unit "setup - view on TV". I can cancel this but don't get the display.

Am I missing anything?
