Denon Servicing Question

    Has anyone recently had to return their unit to Denon under warranty? I was just wondering how quick they are at repairing and returning units.

    I recently sent my DVD-3800 dvdn player away for a repair and been told it might be away for 2 months as it needs parts. This hasnt got sent to denon but there designated repair company so might be differant

    I've had my DVD-2910 sent away.

    After about a week the engineer called me to clarify the problem as he couldnt find it under testing, which suggests that they will look at it in a few days, then depends on what repair is needed.

    It's been another week and it hasn't come back, so i reckon 3 weeks in total, fingers crossed.
