Denon Quality issues?

Denon released a new AVR towards the end of 2021, one of these was X1700H, I purchased one in December 2021 from on online specialist retailer.
Now a few months later April 2022 it ceased to function after a Denon firmware update. Error codes 2A02 and 2B02 appeared plus no network access, unplug and reboot, etc,etc.
After contacting so called Denon customer service who advised to try all the things I had already tried......
Denon advised that the product be returned to the retailer, well the retailer said it was past the 30 day warranty and as the fault was caused by Denon,
it is for Denon to deal with. Here we go, round and round in circles. Now Denon states the specialist retailer where the item was purchased from is not
an authorised Denon dealer. HOW MANY PEOPLE WALK INTO A STORE OR BUY ONLINE ASK, 'ARE YOU AN AUTHOISED DEALER!
It's certainly not something I would think about when buying a product.

I have now at my expense, taken this receiver to a specialist repair centre, over thirty miles away. Sitting here with no AVR waiting to find out what happens next.

I have read in other forums that Denon products have a quality issue with nic circuits maybe this is the problem? No quality of service and components.
